VOLUNTEER SPANISH TRANSLATORS
We are working to make our youth education and family programs fully accessible to all visitors. Spanish-speaking volunteers could be extremely helpful in any of these ways:
- Help create Spanish versions of our written materials (student worksheets, flyers, etc.). You could work on these at any time or location that is convenient for you.
- Become a youth education volunteer to lead school field trips, Girl Scout visits, or Family Nature Adventure Days (Tuesday – Friday 9am-12:30pm, Saturday 8-11am, some weekday afternoons)
- Attend any of our education programs or events to provide translations for Spanish-speaking visitors
- Meet with our staff and other volunteers to practice pronunciation and phrases
- Help identify any other areas of need in our programs and work to improve them
Please Apply Here to become a volunteer! For more information, contact Bluff Lake Education Manager Heidi Pfeiffer at heidi@blufflake.org.
