LEARNING SPACE
MEETING SPACE IN CENTRAL PARK, DENVER
Our beautiful nature center building is located at the entrance to the Bluff Lake site and is a short walk from our nature trails, Bluff Lake, and Sand Creek.
Within the building are two available meeting rooms that can accommodate groups of up to 50 people. Rooms are available Monday-Sunday, 7AM–8PM, with additional fees for evening and weekend rentals. We offer special rates for Non-Profit Organizations, Community Groups, and Government Agencies.
To inquire about an event date, please complete the rental request form below. We will be in touch to go over the details of your event and answer any questions you may have.
PLEASE NOTE: With the recent completion of our Campus Improvements Project, The Bluff Lake team is developing our room rental policies, prices, amenities, and internal systems. Please be patient with us as we build out these new structures!
Seats up to 36 at conference style tables, 24 at workshop style tables, 42 with chairs only presentation style, or 60 with high top tables only. (photos of room set ups below!)

Pricing
In order to make Bluff Lake rental spaces accessible, while also ensuring that offering rentals is sustainable for our organization, we have implemented the following rental fee structure.
Rooms are available to rent Monday thru Sunday from 7AM to 8PM. Standard business hours are Monday thru Friday, 7AM to 5PM. For rentals beyond 5PM or on weekends, an additional $25/hour is added to the hourly rate (in order to ensure proper Bluff Lake team staffing for your rental).
At the time of final booking, a one time deposit/set up fee will be charged, equivalent to one hour of your rental. This fee holds the room for you and is nonrefundable. The remainder of your rental fee will be charged the day before your rental. The deposit/set up fee also gives you access to the space 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your meeting time.

Additional Fees:
