CAMP HOURS & LOCATION

NORMAL CAMP HOURS
9am - 3pm Monday through Friday
*Every Monday, medication drop off is at 8:30am for any campers who will be bringing a medication. All other campers may arrive anytime between 8:35-9am for drop off on Monday.
*On Tuesday-Friday, camper drop off is at 9am, unless they are registered for pre-camp care (see below). The time before camp is critical for staff to prepare for the day.
EXTENDED CARE HOURS
8-9am Monday through Friday for pre-camp care
3-5pm Monday through Friday for post-camp care
Post-care is available for all weeks of camp. Pre-care is available for all weeks of camp except Week 1 (June 3-7) and Week 10 (August 12-16). Pre- or post-care must be purchased for the entire week (no individual days). These campers will enjoy free play with each other, the camp counselors, and a variety of books, games, and toys. At least two extended-care campers must register each week, or that week's extended care will be cancelled and a refund issued.
JUNIOR COUNSELOR HOURS
8:30am-3:30pm Monday through Friday
*If a Junior Counselor has younger siblings attending the same week of camp, we will automatically allow their siblings to join post-camp care for no charge for the 15-30 extra minutes that the Junior Counselor is asked to stay after camp. Please let us know if you are interested in this service.
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP
Drop-off and pick-up will both take place at the parking lot inside the main entrance.
Please note that the parent/guardian or other authorized adult will be required to present photo ID at pick-up.
TARDY PICK-UP
Our counselors' workdays are scheduled to end at pickup, so when campers are picked up late it puts a practical and financial strain on the organization. For this reason, if there are any instances in which you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled pick up time (3pm full day, or 5pm post-care), you will be assessed a childcare fee for each occurrence: $20 if more than 15 minutes late, $30 if more than 20 minutes late, or $50 if more than 30 minutes late. In other words:
$20 You arrived 16-20 minutes after pick-up
$30 You arrived 21-30 minutes after pick-up
$50 You arrived 31+ minutes after pick-up
We will call the camper's parent/guardian(s) if no one arrives at the scheduled pickup time. If the parent/guardian(s) cannot be reached, we will call the camper's emergency contact(s). If the camper is not picked up by 4:30pm for full day, or 6pm for post-care, we will contact the authorities.
